HRM Residential represents many of Illinois’ premier real estate agents. Drawing on knowledge gained as both your real estate agent and your neighbor, your HRM agent will take your needs to heart. They will identify properties that help meet your goals.

Each HRM agent is a licensed IL REALTOR®. A REALTOR® is a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of REALTORS® who subscribe to its strict Code of Ethics. This code underscores principles in existence since the first realtor code was established in 1913. These include loyalty to clients; fiduciary or legal duty to clients; cooperation with competitors; truthfulness in statements and advertising; and non-interference in other exclusive REALTOR®-client relationships.

Several HRM agents also have special designations indicating a particular area of real estate agent expertise. To earn a designation, a real estate agent completes additional coursework and demonstrates specific skills in a particular real estate area.
